P0722 Output shaft speed sensor no signal
What P0722 means
The transmission control unit sees no signal from the output shaft speed sensor while the car is moving. It cannot work out road speed from the gearbox and usually switches to a fallback mode.
P0722 is a generic SAE J2012 code: it means the same on every make. The exact cause still depends on the car, so read the freeze-frame data before replacing parts.
