Common connection problems

The adapter is not found

Check that it is fully plugged in and its light is on, and switch the ignition on. Cheap clones sometimes appear only after unplugging and plugging them back in.

The adapter is not in the list

It is most likely a classic Bluetooth (SPP) adapter — iPhone does not support those. You need a BLE or WiFi version.

"NO DATA" or "UNABLE TO CONNECT"

The adapter cannot see the car's ECU: switch the ignition on (or start the engine) and check that the adapter is seated properly.

Some modules do not answer

That is normal — those modules are not fitted to your car or use a different address. The app skips them.

Account and data
